Both Syclo's SMART Mobile Suite and Agentry™ mobile platform are certified Powered by SAP NetWeaver®, leveraging SAP's latest technology including SAP NetWeaver® 7.0, Web Dynpro and the SAP Enhancement Framework for tight, non-intrusive integration. All SMART Mobile Suite applications come packaged with an SAP ABAP Add-on called the SMART Administration Module, which provides configuration, management and visibility of your SMART application from within your SAP system.
The SMART Administration Module offers solid integration without interrupting or interfering with existing SAP customizations or standard SAP objects. It simply maps data fields between your SAP system and SMART Mobile Suite application for continuity, then retrieves and filters information based on your technician's profiles - such as their job or location.
The SMART Mobile Suite Administration Module consists of two sub-components: The Configuration Panel simplifies modifications to your SMART application and provides the tools for new mobile developments using Syclo's mobile framework. The second component, the System Monitor, allows administrators to trace who is logging onto a SMART Mobile Suite application, what work they're doing and what data is being transferred.
Not only does SMART Mobile Suite come tightly preintegrated to SAP, but it also integrates to leading EAM, CRM and SCM systems. This lets your workers interface with several backend systems or data sources simultaneously - offering your organization unsurpassed end-to-end communication.
