SMART Service Manager For SAP® CRM was co-innovated by Syclo and SAP – each company consulted their customer base and collaboratively built a mobile application designed to offer field service workers a better way to directly access and capture information from SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

From service order to completion, SMART Service Manager gives technicians intuitive paperless mobile workflow capability to manage their service orders using wizards, look-ups, drop-downs, menus and more. They're prompted to record things like status changes, materials used, problem/actions, expenses and time. In real-time, techs know what a customer is entitled to, what equipment they have installed, what service needs to be performed and how it should be billed.
